Sean McGould

Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, Navigator Global Investments
Co-Chief Investment Officer, Lighthouse Partners

Sean co-founded HFA’s operating subsidiary, Lighthouse Partners, and has served as President and Co-Chief Investment Officer since inception. He supports the investment team in the manager search, selection and review process and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. Sean joined Asset Management Advisors (‘AMA’), a multi-family office as Chief Investment Officer in August 1996. Lighthouse was formally spun out of AMA in 1999. For over 20 years, Sean has been investing in various alternative investment strategies. Prior to founding Lighthouse, Sean was the Director of the Outside Trader Investment Program at Trout Trading Management Company and was responsible for the allocation of the fund’s assets to external alternative asset strategies. Prior to Trout, Sean worked for Price Waterhouse and passed the Certified Public Accountant examination.


Amber Stoney

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, Navigator Global Investments

Amber joined the Navigator Group in 2003, and has held executive roles in the Group since 2006. As Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Amber has responsibility for the Navigator Group's financial management and reporting, corporate governance and investor relations functions. Amber has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and began her career at KPMG. She is a Chartered Accountant (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. Amber also serves as Chairperson of the Ashintosh Foundation.


Scott Perkins

Chief Executive Officer, Lighthouse Partners

Scott oversees the business and distribution activities of Navigator’s operating subsidiary, Lighthouse Partners, including firm-wide strategy, product and business development, investor relations, technology, and legal and compliance. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Scott worked in business development with a publicly traded technology firm, where he was responsible for business strategy, including negotiating joint venture relationships with industry leaders and evaluating equity investment opportunities. Previously, he served as a corporate attorney specializing in corporate and banking transactions with the law firm of Mays & Valentine, LLP. He began his career at the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. He is a former Certified Public Accountant. Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the College of William & Mary and his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law. Scott serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – Palm Beach Area Chapter.
